Who May Apply
OMCIF accepts grant requests from Oak Mountain schools, school programs, athletic programs, booster organizations, youth programs, community organizations, and local initiatives that support youth, families, schools, athletics, service, or community development.
What We Fund
Projects, programs, equipment, enrichment opportunities, facility improvements, outreach efforts, and community needs that align with OMCIF’s mission.
The Grant Process
- Review the eligibility guidelines above.
- Complete the online grant application.
- Attach relevant documents for your request.
- OMCIF reviews the request.
- Approved grants may require an agreement, reporting, receipts, or follow-up documentation.
How We Evaluate Requests
Every application is scored against consistent criteria:
- Community Impact — 30%
- Number of Individuals Served — 20%
- Alignment with OMCIF Mission — 20%
- Financial Need — 15%
- Sustainability of Project — 10%
- Innovation / Collaboration — 5%
