Matthew Wilson

Matt Wilson serves as Treasurer and Technology Officer of the Oak Mountain Community Impact Foundation, where he brings a career's worth of technology leadership to the stewardship of the Foundation's finances and digital tools. By profession, he is an Information Technology Solutions Architect specializing in cloud solutions, advanced data analytics and engineering, and artificial intelligence and machine learning. He has been with Southern Company since 2007, where he turns complex technical challenges into practical, reliable solutions, applying the same diligence he brings to managing the Foundation's resources with the integrity, humility, and transparency at the heart of its mission.

Originally from Gulfport, Mississippi, Matt is a husband and a proud father of two sons. His service to the Foundation is especially close to home: his wife, Veronica Wilson, is its founder and president, and together they share a heart for service and a belief that a community grows strongest when its people invest in one another through faith, compassion, and generosity. He is also a professional magician of more than 30 years, performing as the trademarked "Magic City Magician". Whether he's architecting technology solutions or holding a room of all ages spellbound, he's guided by the same instinct: bringing people together and giving them something they can trust and believe in.
