Before You Play
Questions
What people ask us most about Play Days, what a registration includes, how the two days work, and how to pull up an order you have already placed. Still have a question? We are happy to help.
How do I find my order?
Enter the confirmation number from your receipt email along with the last name on the order. You will see everything you registered for and can print it.
When and where is Play Days?
November 16–17, 2026 at Inverness Country Club, 500 Inverness Club Dr, Birmingham, AL 35242. Golf is Monday morning and the Pickleball Social is Tuesday evening.
Do I have to sign up for both days?
No. Golf and pickleball are registered separately, so you can play one or both. Pick whichever you want when you register.
What is included with my registration?
Golf includes a breakfast sandwich, coffee, the practice range, 18 holes of scramble play, a box lunch, and the awards and door prizes that follow. Pickleball includes dinner, drinks, sponsor displays, and court play with a pro running the rotations.
What if I cannot make it?
Let us know as soon as you can. Meals and event counts are committed in advance, so we can refund a registration cancelled at least 10 days before your event date. After that we cannot issue a refund, but email us and we will do what we can.
Is my registration tax-deductible?
Yes, if you register for sponsorship or donate directly to OMCIF. A player registration pays for goods and services, meals, play, and the event itself, so it is not a charitable contribution.
Does a sponsorship include players?
Some levels do. Each sponsorship level lists exactly what it includes, players among them, in the Sponsorship section above.
What does Play Days support?
Proceeds support OMCIF's work across the Oak Mountain community, including students and scholarships, families and youth programs, recreation, the arts, and local community initiatives.
